OPPORTUNITY – Demand Generation Lead
  • Join a purpose-driven team who are on a mission to empower organizations on their journey to climate resilience
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy and performance- based demand generation campaigns to drive new business and generate new opportunities
  • Will manage the ongoing updates to the website with a focus on increasing traffic and driving conversions
  • You will build acquisition tactics leveraging multiple channels such as SEM, social, and display
  • You will work closely with the Marketing Operations to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of growth marketing activities
  • Will work closely with the sales team to ensure awareness of upcoming and in-market direct sales activities
  • Will partner with Product Marketing Manager to gather competitive intel, establish buyer personas, and articulate value proposition
  • Will work closely with Revenue Operations to understand pipeline contributions and optimize sales and marketing tech-stack for lead generation and pipeline enablement
  • Will be accountable for impact on the business, measured through pipeline and revenue

  • You have 4+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B tech environment
  • You have experience with LinkedIn Campaign Management and ABM
  • You are proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, YouTube Ads, and Email Marketing
  • You have strong operations and analytical skills and an understanding of demand generation fundamentals across all channels
  • You have experience using various sales and marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Drift, etc.
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You are passionate about working for a purpose-driven organization
